In the last challenge of this year, we would like to invite our social followers to display their talents and get those creative juices flowing by entering our 2021 Christmas decorations competition.
To be in with a chance of winning £250 in John Lewis vouchers all you need to do is summon your inner creative genius, take a snap, and share your picture on the Cannon Kirk Homes Facebook or Instagram feeds using the hashtag #cannonkirkhomes . Don’t forget to mention whether you live at Romans Walk, Willow Green or Highfields.
All competition entries must be posted by midnight on Friday 31st December 2021 and the winner will be announced on social media on Friday 7th January 2022.
If you are struggling to get motivated, Mandy Lott, Cannon Kirk Homes Sales Manager, would like to offer a few words of encouragement: “We love running competitions because it enables our homeowners to share their creativity in their new homes, and because sharing is what Christmas is all about.
“Going on previous competitions we know you’re a talented bunch, so why not give this year’s competition a whirl, have some fun and create some lovely new memories from your new home. I would especially like to invite homeowners who have never previously entered one of our competitions to get involved this year.”

| Entry is open to residents of Cannon Kirk Homes in the UK aged18] and over. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion. |
| To enter, entrants must send a picture of their Christmas decorations within their Cannon Kirk purchased home and tag in Cannon Kirk Homes with the hashtags #addingsparkle and #cannonkirkhomes |
| As many entries per household are permitted throughout the Promotion Period between 1/12/2021 and 31/12/2021. |
| No automate or third party are permitted. Multiple entries in breach of this provision will result in those entries being disqualified. [If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to suspect that such means are being used to circumvent this condition then it may require the entrant to prove that such means were not used.] If the Promoter becomes aware of an entrant using means to circumvent this condition then these entries will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. |
| The Promoter cannot return any entries received |
| Upon submission of an entry, entrants assign in full and grant the Promoter royalty free license in to use the image in the entry. |

| The Promotion commences at 00:01 on 01/12/21 (“Start Date”) and closes at 23:59 on 31/12/2021 (“Closing Date”) (being the “Promotion Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, this means that entries must have been received by the Promoter by the close of the Promotion Period in order to meet the Closing Date validity requirements. |
| The Promoter may request evidence of where they live and that it is a Cannon Kirk Home. |
| The winner[s] will be selected: by an independent judge to be held on 5/01/2022 (the “Selection Date”). The judge will assess all valid entries. The entry [that it considers in its subjective opinion to be shall be deemed the winning entry (the “Winner”) and receive the Prize of £250 John Lewis Voucher.
There is no runner up prize. |
| The Winner will be notified of the fact that they have won within 15 days of the selection date by email or telephone. They will then be asked to supply details for delivery of their prize. Prizes shall be delivered within [30] days of the Closing Date. |
| The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the Winner using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion. If a Winner does not respond within 3 calendar months of the first notification, then that individual forfeits the right to claim the Prize. |
| The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party. |

| The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law. |

| The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. |
| The Winner agrees to take part for free in any publicity for the Promotion as requested by the Promoter. |
