Children of all ages were delighted by Littleport Community Primary School’s Winter Wonderland. The day long festival, held on 03 December, offered a variety of seasonal entertainments, raising funds for important school programmes.
Cannon Kirk was pleased to sponsor a firework display to close the festival, providing a stirring end to a fabulous day for Littleport families.
“The whole event was a huge success,” said Becky Stanford from the school’s PTFA. “So many families joined us, and everyone enjoyed the firework finale. Thank you again from everyone on the PTFA.”
Becky added: “We were able to raise over £5,000 for the children, a staggering amount. This will fund a Year 6 London theatre trip, transport for our Young Voices concert, plus benches for the newly built Forest School classroom. So really, I know it’s merely two words – but from the bottom of our hearts, thank you!”
